ISA NCB’s Commitment to Education: Visit to Vidyarthi Unnati Gruha

The Indian Society of Anaesthesiology, Nagpur City Branch (ISA NCB), as part of its Social Outreach Program, made a meaningful visit to Vidyarthi Unnati Gruha, an initiative by Maitree Parivar Sanstha, on February 13th, 2024. The team engaged with the students residing at the hostel, learning about their backgrounds and daily lives.

The students, hailing from remote villages in Gadchiroli, Gondia, and Nanded, have limited access to educational facilities, making this interaction particularly significant. To support their academic journey, ISA NCB contributed school bags, laptop bags, stationery, and other essentials, along with distributing sweets.

The students displayed commendable discipline and eagerness to interact. Dr. Gauri Arora, President of ISA NCB, expressed admiration for the noble efforts of Maitree Parivar Sanstha in supporting these young minds. The event was also graced by Dr. Dilip Wasnik, Honorary Secretary, Dr. Anjali Borkar, Treasurer, and Executive Members Dr. Ketaki Ramteke and Dr. Monika Sanghavi, who all played a part in this inspiring program.
