CPR workshop by ISA NCB at Reshimbagh ground

Indian society of anesthesiologists , Nagpur city branch (ISA NCB) conducted CPR (Jeevansanjivani) workshop under the public awareness program ‘You can save one life’, at Reshimbagh ground, Nagpur on 26th May 2017 in association with IMA Nagpur, for the sports cricket club members.

The need of learning CPR was explained and the technique of performing it was also demonstrated with the help of a chart on mannequin. Hands-on basic life support (BLS) training was given to the attending people .

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Sheetal Dalal, Dr. Deepak Madankar, Dr. Satkar Pawar and Dr. Vikas Chaudhary.

It was attended by about 80 members and their parents. An Ambu bag along with a chart of CPR and a CPCR mask was donated to the club. IMA Nagpur also made an appeal for the cause of organ donation.

Prominently present were Dr. Vaishali Khandait , Dr. Y. S. Deshpande and Dr. Sanjay Deotale amongst others.
