WORKSHOP AND CME ON PAEDIATRIC ANAESTHESIA

ISA Nagpur conducted CME and workshop on 19 th of March 2023 , on Paediatric Anaesthesia . After the auspicious lighting of Samai, President ISA NCB Dr. Rashmi Shingade welcomed the gathering which was attended by around 100 delegates from in and around Nagpur.

Esteemed faculty like Dr. Pradnya Sawant , Prof. at B J Wadia Hospital, Mumbai, Dr. Anitha Sherley Joselyn Prof. CMC Vellore, Dr. Elsa Verghese ,Ex HOD and Prof. Manipal Hospital , Bangalore , deliberated on various interesting topics pertaining to anaesthetic management of paediatric patients.

Dr. B M Rajurkar and Dr. Narendra Tamhane gave important practical tips during the panel discussion moderated by Dr.Deepali Mandlik and Dr. Neeta Deshpande.

Dr. Vikram Alsi, Dr. Kamlakar Pawar, Dr. Gunjan Badwaik, Dr. Neelesh Mathankar debated on some hot topics in pediatric anaesthesia in the much appreciated JAM session. Dr. Tushar Thakre renowned pediatric surgeon trained the delegates on the surgical airway access during the workshop.

Eminent ISANCB members including Dr. Charuta Gadkari VP MSCISA and Dr. Sheetal Dalal GC MSCISA, Dr. Anjali Sawargaonkar, Dr. Hemant Rahtekar, Dr. Vivek Bhargava, Dr. Pankaj Machwe chaired various sessions with their valuable inputs.

The workshop was coordinated by Dr. Archana Munishwar, Dr. Neha Gulkari, Dr. Omshubham Asai, Dr. Sonali Khobragade, Dr. Vijay Patil, Dr. Tapasya Dhawane, DR. Barkha Agrawal and Dr. Deepika. The delegates got hands- on, on simulation mannequis about the paediatric airways and vascular access.

Dr. Ketaki Ramteke was the master of ceremony. Dr. Devayani Thakur, Honorary Secretary ISA NCB gave the formal Vote of thanks!
