Installation Ceremony of New Team of ISA NCB 2021-22
Installation ceremony of Dr. Kiran Vyawahare as President of Indian society of Anesthesiology Nagpur city branch and her team was held on 14 the November 2021 at JR Shaw auditorium IMA Nagpur from 10 am to 1 pm.
Official inauguration of the program was done at the hands of Chief Guest Dr. Vedprakash Mishra Sir , pro-chancellor DMIMS (deemed to be university) Nagpur, with lighting of Samai.
The Guest of Honor for the function were President ISA National ISA, Dr. Murlidhar Joshi Sir who congratulated the old team and also send message of best wishes to the new team on Virtual platform.
President – Elect National Dr. Venkatgiri Sir who guided us on taking the lead for the different anesthesia awareness programs & FBF. He joined on virtual platform.
The Special Guests were Dr. Naveen Malhotra Sir, Hon Secretary ISA National on virtual platform, congratulated the new team and assured the team ISA NCB that national branch is always there for the help & Dr. Manisha Katikar Madam, President MSCISA who joined virtually & congratulated the outgoing team under Dr.Saurabh Barde and appreciated the active participation of ISANCB in MSCISA & National activities.
President Dr. Saurabh Barde welcomed the gathering and Hon. Secretary Dr. Deepak Madankar presented the annual Secretary report of ISA NCB for the year 20-21. The installation of the new team was done at the hands of the Chief Guest.
Dr. Anjali Bhure, advisory board member MSCISA and Dr. Sheetal Dalal Madam, GC member MSCISA grace the occasion.
Dr.Manisha Shembekar, past president ISANCB introduced Dr. Kiran Vyawahare, followed by acceptance speech by the newly elected president.
Dr. Kiran briefed about the various activities done by ISA NCB in the month of October and informed that more than 1000 people have been trained in the last one month with the COLS programs at various places and also informed about the COLS program planned for the year with the social organization like Sewankur & Business Network International and she also informed the gathering about the activities about the awareness of anesthesia started through you tube by the ISANCB.
Dr.Anjali Bhure Madam, Advisory board member of MSCISA & HOD, NKPSIMS was felicitated with Shawl Shreephal and memento at the hands of Chief Guest Dr. Vedprakash Mishra for being elected for the post of a Vice president ISA National in recently held Elections of ISA in November 2021.
This was followed by the address by the Chief Guest Dr. Vedprakash Mishra, who congratulated and appreciated the previous team for working in the difficult situations of corona and continuing the academic activities in adverse situation. He also insisted that the Specialty organizations should come forward actively and take a lead for the professional updates in their respective specialty so that the scientific programs will groom the graduated candidate to face the challenges coming in the way ahead.
He also expressed his vision to view specialist people from Nagpur in lead to be a guiding source at academic and specialty based modules for the students and the professionals.
The official news letter of the ISANCB, eSense was released at the hands of the Chief Guest Dr. Vedprakash Mishra. Dr. Gauri Arora editor eSense and Dr. Rashmi shingade co-editor work hard for the success.
The president Dr. Kiran felicitated Dr.Vedprakash Mishra sir with the Shawl, Shreephal and the memento.
The official Android app was declared to be ready for the use for the convenience of ISA-NCB members.
The official Vote of thanks was given by newly elected Hon .Secretary ISA NCB 21-22, Dr. Sarita Joglekar.

The N.T Balanke Oration was delivered by outgoing President Dr. Saurabh Barde. The topic was “Third Eye and me”. The session was chaired by Dr. Shubhda Deshmukh, past GC member MSCISA and the Professor at NKPSIMS and Dr. Sheetal Dalal, GC member MSCISA and AP, IGGMC.
Dr. Saurabh Barde was felicitated by the chairpersons with the N.T. Balanke Oration memento and certificate.
Dr. Kiran Madam felicitated the chairpersons with the memento.
The program was attended by members in large number.
