Recap of the 4th Executive Committee Meeting: Planning ISA NCB Foundation Day Celebration

On the 9th of January 2024, the 4th Executive Committee meeting took place at the ISA NCB office, commencing at 6:00 PM. A total of 16 members were present, with apologies for absence conveyed by Dr. Devayani Thakur and Dr. Tapasya Dhawane.

The meeting commenced with the approval of minutes from the previous executive committee meeting, motioned by Dr. Manisha Shembekar and seconded by Dr. Ketaki Ramteke.

Dr. Gauri Arora, the President, began by extending warm welcomes to all attendees and congratulating the newly appointed executive team for the term 23-24.

The primary agenda revolved around the planning of the ISA NCB Foundation Day program, scheduled for the 21st of January 2024, dubbed “Feria Fantastica.” Dr. Gauri informed the committee that Dr. Ketaki, Dr. Vrishali, and Dr. Shweta would take charge of organizing the event. Discussions ensued regarding the inauguration ceremony, featuring ribbon cutting and cake cutting. Additionally, various activities such as 1-minute games, a rangoli competition, a Karaoke music point, and a salad competition were deliberated upon, with detailed planning initiated.

Subsequent agendas were thoroughly discussed, addressing all pertinent matters.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Dilip Wasnik, the Honorary Secretary, acknowledging the participation and contributions of all members.
